Who We Are
Kendra Buford
Kendra naturally inherited her love for homes from her father who is a carpenter; let’s just say real estate is in her DNA. While growing up in Eastern Arkansas, her parents purchased investment properties and intentionally involved her and her siblings in every aspect of the buying, renovating, and leasing processes.
Over the past 13 years, Kendra has lived in the DFW area. Her role as a regional compliance manager for one of the world’s largest retailers brought her to the area, and it equipped her with extensive geographical knowledge of the many communities surrounding Dallas. As a former property manager and being a licensed attorney, Kendra uses an educational approach with her clients, ensuring they fully understand the terms of their contracts, while guiding them through each step of the home buying, selling, or investment process.
Kendra has an organic way of connecting with her clients and providing superior customer service. Her ability to observe, listen, and advise is what makes her desirable to work with. Her motivation for being a realtor is knowing the right property can instantly change a client’s world and that is why she would love to help you with your real estate needs.
Kelli Buford
Fun fact - Kelli is the younger sister of Kendra! Much like her "Big Sis," she also watched her parents masterfully navigate the real estate market, which led Kelli to purchase her very first home at the tender age of 27. Although she grew up knowing the benefits of owning real estate, she recalls her apprehensions when she started her own home search process. She questioned her financial capability to take on a mortgage.
Only after pushing those worrisome thoughts out of her head and meeting with a trusted mortgage lender, did she realize she was standing in her own way, as she learned she was well prepared to make the leap into homeownership.
Kelli chose to become a realtor so she could help others who may be thinking about taking steps toward the home purchasing process but are not sure when and where to start. She prides herself in being a trusted guide for her clients to obtain professional advice and allow accurate data to help determine if/when a home purchase is achievable. Kelli desires to take away guesswork from her clients and ultimately help them accomplish their homeownership goals.
